1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lighthouse Trading platform, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our trading strategies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Lighthouse Trading provides:

• TradingView Pine Script trading strategies (“Scripts Only” plan)
• Automation platform for connecting strategies to exchanges (“Platform” plan)
• Combined access to strategies and automation (“Bundle” plan)

Our services are informational and educational tools. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or portfolio management services.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the start date. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of your invested capital. The following risks apply:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can move rapidly against your position
• Past performance of any strategy, backtested or live, is not indicative of future results
• Backtested results are hypothetical and prepared with hindsight bias
• Automated trading systems may experience technical failures, connectivity issues, or execution errors
• Exchange downtime, API failures, or network issues can prevent execution
• Slippage and fees in real trading may significantly differ from backtested assumptions

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose completely. Lighthouse Trading bears no responsibility for any losses incurred while using our strategies or platform.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Lighthouse Trading website, platform, or any communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All Pine Script strategies, platform code, documentation, and materials are the exclusive property of Lighthouse Trading. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the strategies for your own personal trading. You may not:

• Share, sell, resell, or distribute strategies or access credentials to third parties
• Reverse engineer or decompile any strategy or platform component
• Use strategies for commercial services or on behalf of third parties without written permission

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity
• Share your subscription access with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lighthouse Trading, its founders, developers, operators, affiliates, and agents shall NOT be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any trading losses incurred through the use of our signals, strategies, or automated execution
• Any technical failures, including but not limited to: webhook delivery failures, exchange API errors, order execution delays, incorrect fills, or system downtime
• Any unauthorized access to your exchange accounts through API keys you provided
• Any regulatory actions taken against you in your jurisdiction related to cryptocurrency trading

You use this platform entirely at your own risk.

The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. No Guarantee of Profit

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown:

• There is no guarantee of execution at the signal price due to market conditions, slippage, and latency
• Strategies may experience extended drawdown periods where the account value decreases significantly
• The platform charges fees for access to strategies and execution services — these fees are non-refundable regardless of trading performance
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes

10. Regulatory Disclaimer

Lighthouse Trading is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or commodity trading advisor with any regulatory authority including the SEC, CFTC, FCA, or any equivalent body. This platform does not operate under the supervision of any financial regulatory body.

• Cryptocurrency regulation varies by jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform and cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction
• Users from restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from using this platform

11. Jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that use of our services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not make representations that our services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
